Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others without getting a few drops on yourself.
I guess thats typical of sadness too. In fact, come to think of it, possibly perfume's behaviour is typical of all things we do. And hence, the saying, "As you do, so will you reap". Makes sense now, eh?
